Please pack item and ship back with a copy of your invoice and a note (save your original), and we will promptly credit your account in the same manner you purchased (ie.credit card or check.) A copy of your Credit will be mailed to you immediately. Customer is responsible for all freight charges unless it was our error. Special order items or close-outs are not returnable.
