Since 1996, Tool Experts, Inc. has provided quality testing equipment to customers in the United States and Canada. Formerly employed in the hardware and building material business, Jeff and I started Tool Experts, Inc. after we moved from Michigan to Florida. He was inspecting commercial and residential properties and had a hard time finding the tools he needed. Through our connections in the hardware business we were able to find the tools he needed at a significant savings compared to other retailers. We decided to start offering products to other inspectors. Working from our spare bedroom we printed our first catalog utilizing a copy machine and stapler. Things have changed a lot since then but some things stay the same . . .
